Refund Policy for SOCCER CLUB DAVA

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Program Cancellation: In the event that [Youth Soccer Club Name] cancels a program, participants will be eligible for a refund of program fees paid. The refund will be processed in full unless otherwise specified in exceptional circumstances.

b. Participant Withdrawal: If a participant chooses to withdraw from a program, the refund eligibility will be subject to the following conditions:

i. Prior to Program Start Date: If the withdrawal occurs before the program start date, the participant will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the program fees paid.

ii. After Program Start Date: If the withdrawal occurs after the program start date, no refund will be provided, and the participant will be responsible for the full program fee.

2. Refund Process

a. Refund Request: To initiate a refund, participants or their parents/guardians must submit a written refund request to [Youth Soccer Club Name] within the specified timeframe.

b. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated based on the eligible refund percentage outlined in section 1 above, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., registration fee).

3. Non-Refundable Fees

b. Program Modification: If SOCCER CLUB DAVA significantly modifies or cancels a program after it has started, participants may be eligible for a partial refund based on the impact of the modification or cancellation. The refund determination will be at the discretion of SOCCER CLUB DAVA
